Job Title: Social Media Manager – Immersive Entertainment Brand
Location: London | 2 days WFH
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £45K - £50K, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute organic social media strategy across all platforms – TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
- Create and deliver inventive, engaging content ideas and day-to-day posts that build community and brand presence.
- Work closely with the content exec, internal team and third-party brands to run giveaways, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Collaborate on affiliate deals and ticketing promotions, aligning with the wider marketing team.
- Be hands-on with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Pro) to produce creative assets.
- Broaden your own skill set in a collaborative, open environment with a flat hierarchy.
- Contribute to strategic planning and bring fresh, proactive ideas to every meeting.
- Support overall brand marketing with insight, energy and a growth mindset.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand, ideally within entertainment, arts or agency environments.
- Ideally have experience in the entertainment and/or art sector.
- Ability to work creatively with smaller budgets while maintaining high-impact output.
- Skilled in creating platform content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
- Strong understanding of digital and content trends, from short-form video to platform-specific storytelling.
- Confident using editing tools like Adobe Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and idea-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
