Job Title: Social and Content Manager – Ad Tech Platform

Location: London - in office

Salary: £50K - £60K

I’m partnering with a fast-growing ad tech platform to hire a Social and Content Manager.

This platform works with thousands of creators across the UK, setting new standards in short-form video content. With rapid growth in the market, this role offers the chance to own and execute social media strategy, produce viral content, and engage directly with a large creator network.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and hands-on, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from concept through execution, while shaping how the brand connects with its audience across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Strategy

• Own and execute the UK social media content strategy for the ad tech platform across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Creator & Community Engagement

• Identify and leverage trending audio and visual trends to maximise reach.
• Respond to creator questions and feedback through video replies and comment interactions.

Performance & Reporting

• Track engagement, views, and retention metrics to optimise future content.
• Analyse high-performing videos and refine scripts, formats, and styles accordingly.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to align content with business objectives.
• Bring creative ideas forward to improve processes and elevate content quality.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media strategy and management and short-form content creation
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts, including trends, culture, and algorithms.
