Job Title: Social & Content Manager – Sports Brand.
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work set up: Hybrid, 1-2 days in the office per week.
Salary: £45K - £55K depending on experience

This UK-based e-commerce company, known for working with some of the biggest names in sport and entertainment, is looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to take charge of its organic social growth.
With a small, driven team, this role is perfect for someone looking to own strategy and execution in a flexible, hybrid setup. If you're passionate about content, performance, and sport, and want the freedom to make a real impact, this one’s for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the company’s organic social media strategy across all platforms
• Shoot and edit video content with sports memorabilia and influencers (in-person content days required)
• Create, schedule, and publish content with a clear brand voice and visual identity
• Monitor performance and use data insights to iterate and improve content effectiveness
• Track social trends and audience behaviour to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate closely with the founder and wider team to align on business goals and campaigns
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing and growing brand accounts on social media
Comfortable being the sole social media manager in the team and ownin the entire social strategy
• Confident in video shooting, editing, and creating standout visual content
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset for performance and growth
• Ability to manage content calendars and drive long-term engagement
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Deep passion for sport, this is non-negotiable
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Naturally proactive and driven to take ownershipe
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working some evenings/weekends when required

Salary & Benefits
• £45,000–£50,000 salary range (negotiable for the right person)
• Potential for bonus or equity based on performance
• Flexible hybrid working (remote + monthly in-person filming days)
