In this Senior Marketing Executive role, you'll take ownership of organic LinkedIn marketing, manage relationships with PR and paid advertising agencies, and drive performance-focused campaigns that make an impact worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Execute an organic LinkedIn marketing strategy with 3-5 posts per week, including community and client engagement.
Develop, schedule, and analyse continuous content across platforms, making creative adjustments based on performance metrics.
Coordinate with paid advertising partners to manage and optimise multiple ad variations monthly.
Manage day-to-day relationships with PR and paid media agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, implementing iterative improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand alignment and maximise campaign impact.
Skills & Experience
Strong project management skills with experience in tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
Solid foundation in digital marketing across LinkedIn, email, and CMS platforms.
Proven copywriting and content editing ability for social, ads, emails, and landing pages.
Skilled in briefing designers/agencies and ensuring brand-aligned creative output.
Ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
Experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimisation, especially on LinkedIn.
High attention to detail and consistency across communications.
(Bonus) Experience in luxury, hospitality, or B2B marketing environments.
Project Scope & Duration: 1 month initially, potential extension up to 3 months
Day Rate: £200 - £220pd
Location & Workplace Policy: South London, hybrid
