SUMMARY
The Social Media & Influencer Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s digital presence, authentically connecting with audiences, and building partnerships with influencers in the beauty and aesthetics sector. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising social media and influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and creative professional with a keen eye for beauty trends, an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape, and experience managing high-impact influencer campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s voice, mission, and objectives.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a strong emphasis on storytelling and visual appeal.
• Conduct audience research and monitor social media trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to measure impact and optimise future content.
Influencer Partnership & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including negotiation, briefing, content coordination, and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with influencers to create content that authentically represents our products and brand ethos.
• Track and analyse influencer campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
Content Development & Creative Strategy
• Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas that align with social media trends and our brand vision.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualise innovative social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with current beauty trends and seasonal themes.
Community Engagement
• Actively engage with our online community through comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and supportive brand presence.
• Monitor customer sentiment and feedback across social media channels, reporting insights to relevant teams for improvement.
• Plan and execute community-driven campaigns and interactive content such as Q&As, live sessions, giveaways, and product launches.
