DNA Recruit are working with a leading
Fashion & Lifestyle Band that’s at the forefront of sneaker culture, known for its innovation and strong global community. They are looking for a passionate and innovative content creator to produce scroll-stopping, trend-led content across organic social channels.
You’ll be hands-on with the planning, shooting, editing, and publishing of high-quality short-form content, collaborating closely with the social and creative teams to shape the brand’s online presence. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands cultural moments, and wants to push creative boundaries in the digital space.
About the Role
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
- Create a variety of content formats including product showcases, UGC-style videos, behind-the-scenes, and culture-led storytelling
- Own the full content production process from concept to delivery
- Work with influencers, ambassadors, and talent to produce authentic, engaging content
- Lead creative direction for organic content to ensure a consistent and premium brand presence
- Stay ahead of platform trends, editing styles, and algorithm shifts, while bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Maintain well-organised content libraries and deliver assets for use across multiple teams
Skills and Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience creating social-first content for lifestyle, fashion, or youth culture brands
- Strong portfolio of engaging short-form video and still content
- Skilled in DSLR and mobile filming, with a good understanding of lighting and framing
- Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Experience collaborating with influencers and talent both on location and in-studio
- Strong cultural awareness of sneaker, streetwear, and youth lifestyle trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Location: London (It's on-site 5 days)
Salary: £30k per annum (+20% bonus)
