Social Media & Content Executive

My client is a growing brand in the nursery furniture and interiors space, known for creating calming, stylish products that parents love. They’re passionate about quality, design, and inspiring their audience through engaging content. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join their marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of social content and community engagement. You’ll work alongside their Content & Social Media Manager to plan and execute campaigns, create engaging posts, and grow their presence across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

The ideal candidate is someone who’s comfortable coming up with ideas, creating content (and jumping on camera where needed!), and building strong connections with the online community.

What You’ll Be Doing...

• Delivering social media strategies in line with the brand’s goals, with guidance from the Content & Social Media Manager
• Managing the day-to-day posting schedule across multiple platforms
• Creating scroll-stopping content – from copywriting to video – and working with the creative team when additional assets are needed
• Engaging with followers by replying to comments, messages, and mentions
• Collaborating with influencers, ambassadors, and external partners to boost reach
• Using analytics and insights to optimise performance and inform future planning
• Supporting SEO activity through keyword-optimised content for web and social
• Assisting with paid campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Working with the wider marketing, sales, and product teams to align on campaigns
• Keeping on top of social trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh

What we're looking for...

• Experience in social media management (in-house or agency)
• Solid understanding of social platforms and what works on each
• Confident writer and communicator
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable with aesthetics/branding
• Skilled in content creation tools and basic video editing
• Data-driven with the ability to refine strategies based on insights
• Experience with influencer partnerships or paid social is a bonus
• Interest in the nursery, interiors, or lifestyle space is ideal
