About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media & Content Manager at PropertyPal Group to lead one of the most visible and engaging brands in Northern Ireland. This is a key role within our Marketing team, perfect for someone who’s creative, curious and not afraid to try something different. You’ll take full ownership of how we show up across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, creating content that’s bold, relevant and genuinely worth paying attention to.

You’ll also work across multiple brands within PropertyPal Group, helping to shape and execute content that is consistent, engaging and relevant to each audience.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and agency partners, you’ll be the guardian of our organic social media, co-creating and amplifying content aligned with brand KPIs, while monitoring, reporting and evolving to push our content forward, both creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and day to day execution of organic social media activity
- Create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, aligned with platform best practices
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar, aligning with key moments, campaigns and business priorities
- Track and report on performance using social platform insights and analytics tools using data to guide improvements
- Write and deliver email campaigns that focus on storytelling and audience connection, supporting brand moments, product updates and content themes
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to align on messaging, creative direction and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with design, product and commercial teams to source ideas, updates and content opportunities
- Work with business partners, charities and housing associations to help bring their stories and campaigns to life across our social and digital platforms
- Create short-form video content for social that’s relevant, timely and aligned with our tone and audience expectations
- Maintain high standards for brand voice, tone and visual identity across all content
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour
- Support broader campaign planning by contributing creative ideas and producing social and content assets as needed
- Liaise with external agency partners where relevant, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a creative field - with equivalent professional experience in content, media or digital marketing also considered
- Ideally 3 years of experience in a social media or digital content role
- Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for copy, storytelling and design
- Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
- Confident creating both visual and written content for social media, emails and websites
- Experience using marketing and analytics tools
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
- Comfortable working closely with design, product and commercial teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure content aligns with business goals
