We’re a dynamic and rapidly expanding Corporate Services Group, led by our passionate founder and CEO. With a thriving customer base of over 500,000 and consistent growth of 20% year-on-year, we're shaking up the business services space. From Company Formation and Legal Support to Virtual Offices, we provide everything businesses need to start, grow, and succeed. Profitable, innovative, and customer-obsessed, we’re on a mission to redefine how modern businesses are supported—and we’re looking for driven individuals to grow with us.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Social Media Director to own the organic strategy and output across all channels. You’ll set the vision and framework for social end-to-end, launch and scale our TikTok presence, set up our social tech stack, and drive measurable growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This role blends creative leadership with rigorous execution: you’ll develop content pillars and brand voice, oversee community management, handle content production when needed, and build a high-performing team and creator network. If you’re both a thought leader and a hands-on creative who is passionate about driving innovation and shaping how brands connect with their audiences, this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

  • Build and own the organic social strategy, channel mix, and roadmap aligned to brand and commercial goals (awareness, engagement, traffic, lead gen, recruitment).
  • Define content pillars, tone of voice, and publishing cadence; create a social style guide and playbooks for each platform.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of high-impact, platform-specific content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Launch and scale TikTok from zero: concept, on‑camera talent/creators, production workflow, posting strategy, and growth loops.
  • Manage end‑to‑end content production: briefs, scripting, filming, editing (short‑form video), copy, thumbnails, and creative QA.
  • Build and lead the social media team (hiring, coaching, resourcing) and establish a best‑in‑class social tech stack.
  • Drive creator and influencer marketing: identify talent, negotiate and brief, manage co‑creation, usage rights, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee community management and social care: response frameworks, moderation, escalation paths, and brand safety.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan integrated campaigns and always‑on storytelling.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all social platforms.
  • Establish experimentation and growth loops: A/B test hooks, formats, lengths, and CTAs; scale what works; retire what doesn’t.
  • Own reporting and insights: set channel KPIs and OKRs; build dashboards; analyse performance (reach, engagement, watch time, SOV, traffic, conversions) and turn insight into action.
  • Implement governance: approvals, legal/compliance checks, accessibility standards, crisis comms readiness, and reputation management.
  • Manage budgets for production, tooling, and creator partnerships; forecast, measure ROI, and optimise spend.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Director to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring cohesive, high-performing campaigns
  • Inspire and train internal team members to contribute to social media, particularly on LinkedIn, with workshops and tailored support
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features, using insights to inform proactive strategy shifts
  • Represent the social function in executive and leadership meetings, communicating performance, opportunities, and strategic direction
  • Safeguard brand reputation, advising on risk management, and responding appropriately to public feedback or crises on social channels

📚 What You Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years in brand social media with demonstrated ownership of multi‑channel strategy and teams; experience building and scaling social media functions within high-growth businesses; in‑house experience is a plus.
  • A track record of launching and scaling brand TikTok accounts with measurable audience growth and watch‑time improvements.
  • Hands‑on production skills: short‑form video ideation, scripting, filming, editing; comfortable directing talent and/or appearing on camera.
  • Strong grasp of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and how to adapt content per channel.
  • Experience running creator and influencer programmes end‑to‑end, including contracts, content usage, and performance measurement.
  • Data‑driven mindset with mastery of social analytics, UTMs, GA4/Attribution basics, and social listening tools.
  • Proven leadership: hiring, mentoring, and building processes that scale; excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • Solid understanding of brand storytelling, visual craft, and writing for social; high creative bar and attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of brand-building via social, with experience crafting and evolving brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C audiences, with a deep understanding of how to tailor content and tone for different segments.
  • Familiarity with governance: accessibility, brand safety, moderation, and crisis comms.
  • High-level collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, PR, product, HR (for employer branding), and leadership teams.
  • Executive-level reporting experience, able to confidently present performance, risks, and opportunities to the board or C-suite.
  • Strong public-facing communication skills, comfortable representing the brand on camera, and speaking at industry events or panels.
  • Basic motion graphic skills preferred.
