Now, were looking for a standout Social Media Intern to help bring our AGENCY to life across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Helping us make our own channels as bold, brave, and engaging as the campaigns we deliver for clients.
About The Role
Youll be the engine behind our agencys social contentdreaming up content ideas, spotting relevant trends, and translating the energy of our office, people, and projects into platform-native content that people want to share, save, and engage with.
From reactive TikToks to polished LinkedIn carousels, youll be working closely with our marketing and new business teams to help build our online presence, tell our story, and showcase what its really like to work at and with Socially Powerful.
We know that to drive engagement, we have to be playful, reactive, and sometimes provocative. This role is for someone who is excited at the prospect of thinking outside of the box and trying new thingsopen to learning from mistakes, always seeking improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our Social Media Manager to own and manage our social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Create and publish daily contentfrom shooting in-office TikToks to editing reels or prepping quote graphics
- Stay on top of platform trends and suggest ideas that align with our tone of voice and brand identity
- Support with content production and editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Source and edit behind-the-scenes footage, culture moments, team updates and campaign recaps
- Write punchy copy and captions with a distinct, platform-appropriate tone
- Monitor performance and compile weekly reports with learnings and optimizations.
- Engage with industry conversations, agency news and creator-led trends to keep our brand relevant and current
What Were Looking For
- A self-starter with a creative mindset and strong social instincts
- Confident creating content and being in contentyoure happy to shoot, style and star in front of the camera when needed
- A deep love of social mediayou're always in the know with platform trends, influencer drama and viral brand moves
- Experience using editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva or Adobe Suite
- Sharp writing skills with the ability to switch between professional and playful tones
- Organised, proactive and confident in managing your own workflow
- A strong eye for design and what makes scroll-stopping content
