Job Title: Social Media & Video Content Creator – Growing Martech Startup
Location: Central London (1 day WFH per week)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £40K – £50K, depending on experiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, film, and edit high-quality video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Support senior leaders in building personal-brand-led social content.
- Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and publishing.
- Write engaging social copy and captions aligned with brand tone of voice.
- Track and report on social performance metrics, optimising for growth.
- Experiment with both organic and paid social strategies to drive engagement.
- Stay on top of social-first and video-first trends, especially in B2B contexts.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a social media content creator or video editor role.
- Strong end-to-end video production and editing skills (filming, editing, publishing).
- Proven experience producing engaging, social-first video content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube growth strategies.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in B2B, startup, or marketing tech industries.
