Job Title: Social Media Manager and Video Editor - Leading Travel Brand
Location: West London - Office-based
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary:£45K - £55K, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce/edit high-quality, engaging video and photo content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
- Monitor and respond to social media trends and cultural moments to produce reactive, shareable content.
- Write compelling captions and social copy that align with brand tone and values.
- Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and uploads.
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries for efficient content production.
- Assist in analysing performance metrics and optimising future content.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross-department teams to deliver campaigns.
- Support in training team members on content creation best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media content producer and/or social video editor role.
- Proficient in video and photography, ideally with Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong grasp of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific audiences.
- Able to work independently, managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset.
