Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brands across key social platforms. You will lead the development and execution of compelling, on-brand social media strategies that elevate awareness, foster engagement, and drive loyalty for Anker Innovations and its core product lines—Anker, eufy, Soundcore, and Nebula. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a storyteller who thrives on blending creativity with data-driven insights

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand voice and business objectives
• Create and publish engaging, visually compelling and on-brand content across all major platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn
• Build and maintain editorial calendars for each brand, ensuring consistency and relevance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, design, product and brand teams to support product launches, campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor and analyse social performance metrics to optimise content, increase engagement and report insights
• Stay current with trends, platform updates and cultural moments to inform strategy and keep content fresh
• Manage community interactions, fostering positive engagement and addressing concerns in real-time
• Coordinate with external agencies or content creators when needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within consumer electronics, lifestyle, or tech brands
• Proven success in crafting social content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
• Deep understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals and tone
• Experience working with multiple brands or product lines is a plus
• Proficient in social analytics and scheduling tools
• Creative, agile, collaborative, and self-driven
• Be based on-site in our Watford office 4 days per week (Friday is WFH).
