Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement AI-enhanced social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Content Creation & Curation

Utilise AI tools to generate, schedule, and optimise multimedia content.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in brand tone and visual identity.

Automation & Optimisation

Deploy AI-driven automation for content publishing, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Continuously refine strategies based on insights from AI analytics and predictive modelling.

Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to audience interactions using AI-assisted sentiment analysis and engagement tools
Build and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.

Analytics & Reporting

Leverage AI platforms to analyse campaign performance and audience behaviour.
Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through regular reports and dashboards.

Collaboration & Training

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
Provide training and support on AI tools and best practices for social media management.

About You

Demonstrable experience in social media management, ideally with exposure to AI tools
Strong understanding of platforms including particular LinkedIn and then other social media channels.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite AI.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions.
Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and influencer marketing is advantageous
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field preferred
Experience with machine learning concepts or AI integration in marketing workflows.
