We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take the lead in crafting and executing our social media strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our social media presence aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. You will be responsible for managing and scheduling posts, driving engagement, and leveraging social selling to build meaningful connections with our audience.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Content Scheduling and Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule all social media posts using Hootsuite, ensuring alignment with brand tone and voice.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms, tailoring content to resonate with specific audiences on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Track and report on the performance of posts and campaigns to inform strategy adjustments.
- Platform Strategy and Identity Development:
- Define and refine our identity on Instagram and LinkedIn, exploring how each platform supports different aspects of the brand and its audience.
- Control LinkedIn by establishing a clear, cohesive presence that supports commercial goals.
- Develop and execute a social mediastrategy that aligns with the organization's business goals.
- Provide marshalling and guidance for the management team to ensure effective participation in social media efforts.
- Understand the commercial context of the business and reflect this in all social media activities.
- Campaign Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor and track social media campaigns to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data insights to refine content strategy and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, with the ability to adapt strategies for each platform.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A deep understanding of brand alignment and business objectives.
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools.
- Experience collaborating with management teams to drive engagement.
