The Role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially aware Social Media Personal Brand Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of personal brand accounts for CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams. In today’s market, personal brand is no longer optional for founders and leaders. It’s a key driver of trust, recruitment, partnerships, investment and revenue. This role plays a critical part in helping influential business leaders articulate their thinking, share their journey and build credibility at scale and we’ve done this successfully for some of the very best.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content creation and client relationships. You’ll shape personal brand narratives, develop content ideas, manage publishing and engagement, and work closely with senior stakeholders to bring their thinking to life across social platforms with LinkedIn as the primary focus,
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, video and strategy teams, acting as the main point of contact for clients while translating conversations, insights and ideas into high-performing social content. This is a fast-paced, reactive role suited to someone who understands both business and platforms, and enjoys working closely with ambitious, driven people.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bedford HQ. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we don’t offer remote or hybrid working. Please apply only if your commute is within 45 minutes.
