My client - a bold, high-growth fashion/lifestyle brand - are seeking a dynamic Social Media & PR Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of the brand - creating content people want to share and stories people remember.

Salary Up to £40k

London / Hybrid

The Role

Lead social media strategy and content creation - ensuring tone, style, and storytelling are consistent across all platforms.
Build and nurture online communities that feel authentic, inclusive, and full of energy.
Manage influencer and creator partnerships - from outreach and gifting to content collaboration and performance tracking.
Develop and deliver PR strategies that secure high-quality coverage, product features, and brand partnerships.
Write press releases, organise events, and manage media relationships in both the UK and international markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visuals and messages align across campaigns.
Support B2B storytelling, including trade events, retailer spotlights, and distributor PR initiatives.
Track performance and share insights to refine future campaigns and strengthen community engagement.

The Person

Ideally at least 3 years working in a similar Social Media, Influencer & PR role – ideally for an in-house brand, open to relevant agency experience.
Fashion / apparel / accessories industry experience is a huge benefit.
Hugely pro-active, passionate and creative in your approach.
Confident to create and lead strategies across all social and PR channels (B2C & B2B).
