Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Seeding Marketing Executive to join our in-house team at Fanatics. This role is perfect for a digital native with a strong grasp of content creation, influencer partnerships, and consumer engagement strategies—particularly across Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll take the lead in developing and executing organic social media strategies and managing our seeding program, ensuring the right products land in the right hands—from creators and influencers to stylists and athletes. This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced, requiring an instinct for storytelling and an eye for cultural relevance.
Experience in international markets is essential, and fluency in an additional European language — especially Italian, German, or French — is highly valued to support localisation efforts and expand brand reach across key regions.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Social Media Strategy & Execution Plan, produce, and publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Use platform-native tools, trends, and formats to build engagement and strengthen community connection.
- Influencer & Creator Management Identify and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers across target markets. Support campaigns with clear briefs and KPIs, and ensure brand alignment in all collaborations.
- Product Seeding & Gifting Strategy Own and execute the seeding program from end to end—develop target lists, coordinate product sends, and track outcomes. Work closely with PR and our US social media teams to maximise visibility and storytelling opportunities from seeded moments.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyse and report on content, influencer, and seeding performance using social and CRM analytics. Optimise based on KPIs such as engagement, reach, content usage, and influencer ROI.
- Content Ideation & Collaboration Collaborate with designers, videographers, and creators to produce engaging, platform-specific content—especially short-form video—that reflects the energy of football and streetwear culture.
- International Campaign Activation Localise social and seeding campaigns for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and audience resonance. Partner with regional creators to drive authenticity and reach.
- Trend & Platform Insight Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, social algorithm changes, and digital culture to keep content fresh, reactive, and relevant.

What You Bring To The Team
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand role, ideally within fashion, sport, or youth culture sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social channels—particularly Instagram and TikTok—with a strong grasp of platform trends and native content.
- Experience running or supporting a product seeding or gifting program, with clear results in reach, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Strong influencer management skills, including sourcing, briefing, and relationship handling across international markets.
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, GA4, or equivalent).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and creators simultaneously.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Italian, German or French is highly desirable.
- Experience in an international or multi-market business environment preferred.
- A passion for football, fan culture, or streetwear is a strong plus.
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience working in an international environment and/or an additional language is an asset.
