The role:
Jungle is looking for a Social Strategist who lives and breathes social. Our growing strategy team wants someone who knows what makes great content, gets excited by internet culture and can help build bold, social-first strategies that create real impact for brands.
This is a mid-weight role for someone with experience developing strategies for both always-on and campaigns for brands. You’ll be confident pitching ideas, collaborating with creatives, and helping elevate our work across retained clients and brand partnerships.

- A strategic thinker who’s excited by the possibilities of social and wants to make work that stands out
- Deeply immersed in social and cultural trends, with a strong instinct for what will gain traction online
- Collaborative by nature and comfortable working with creatives, social media managers and data and insights teams
- Keen to grow, push thinking, and be part of a team that’s ambitious and always learning
- Excited by working in a fast-paced, social-first agency environment where no two days are the same
What you’ll do:
- Develop social strategies for a range of big clients across campaigns, always-on content and brand partnerships
- Write clear, inspiring creative briefs to guide content development
- Elevate content across Jungle’s retained social accounts with fresh thinking and insight
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and idea development
- Work with your data and insight colleagues to uncover audience and performance learnings
- Support in research and trend tracking to keep strategy ahead of the curve
- Present and pitch ideas internally and externally across a variety of projects
- Collaborate with the wider strategy team to continuously evolve Jungle’s strategic thinking and frameworks
- 3+ years’ experience in a social-first or digital agency, with a proven track record of delivering effective social strategies
- Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and emerging trends, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat, with a strong grasp of algorithm shifts and what makes great content
- Strong analytical skills that enable you to interpret data and performance metrics to inform strategy and storytelling
- Excellent writing and communication skills, especially when it comes to building and presenting decks
- A can-do attitude, proactive mindset, and collaborative approach
- Genuine passion for social and a drive to do ambitious, best-in-class work
- Experience in FMCG, entertainment, or beauty brands is a bonus but not essential
