The role

We're at an exciting inflection point: strong customer love, clear product-market fit, and we're growing fast. As Social Studio Lead, you'll be a creative linchpin driving social strategy that directly impacts pipeline and brand positioning. You'll amplify Metaview's voice across platforms, create scroll-stopping content, and help shape how the world sees us.

What you’ll do:

Social strategy & execution

• Be the creative force behind Metaview's social presence with a distinctive point of view and clear objectives.
• Create short- and long-form content — knowing when to entertain, how to educate, and which tactics drive action.
• Own the social editorial calendar — growing our organic presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta, and TikTok.
• Track trends, competitors, and emerging formats to guide our next move — and ensure we’re always part of the top conversations.
• Monitor and engage where our ICP talks — Reddit threads, review sites, and comments.
  
  

Movement & community evangelism

• Be the face and voice of Metaview on social—building a cult-like following through humor, relatability, and perfectly timed video content.
• Help more people discover the 10x Recruiting Podcast and community. Break episodes into clips, highlight takeaways, and experiment with formats that drive engagement and new followers.
• Turn live moments into digital ones — capturing content from events, meetups, and off-the-cuff interviews that extend our reach and deepen connection.
  
  

Influencer marketing

• Build and manage relationships with creators in recruiting, AI, and the future-of-work space.
• Collaborate on content that fits their voice and helps tell our story.
  
  

Social Selling & team activation

• Create frameworks and toolkits to make it easy (and exciting) for the team to show up on social — from founders to ICs.
• Build lightweight prompts, templates, and examples to lower the barrier and increase consistency.
• Bring Metaview's culture to life by documenting what it truly feels like to build something category-defining.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong editorial and visual taste — you can spot a tired trend or a sharp angle instantly
• Fast with creative tools — CapCut, Descript, Figma, etc.
• Deep understanding of social dynamics, content strategy, and audience behavior
• Can lead creative direction, or jump in and produce from scratch
• Clear communicator who plays well with cross-functional teams
• High comfort being on camera, trying new formats, and taking smart risks
• Obsessed with what’s new — creators, formats, campaigns — and how to make them our own
