Location: West London (4-5 days in the office per week)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £30K - £35K

A major digital media group is seeking a Social Video Producer to help grow its social channels. This is an exciting, hands-on creative role where you’ll produce fast-moving, culturally aware video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.

Working across news, entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, and digital-first verticals, you’ll shape platform-native storytelling that engages younger audiences and drives both editorial and commercial impact. This position blends editing, content creation, channel management, and trendspotting, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social video.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple social channels across TikTok, Instagram, YT, Snapchat and X.

• Edit, publish, and optimise dynamic, audience-first video content

• Write sharp, platform-native captions, headlines, and copy

• Identify cultural moments, trends, sounds, and conversations to tap into quickly

• Collaborate with talent, producers, and editorial teams to deliver standout, premium content

• Support branded content campaigns with polished execution and advertiser alignment

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing high-growth social accounts

• Strong video editing skills for short-form, mobile-first platforms

• Ability to react quickly to trends, news cycles, and cultural moments

• Excellent understanding of audience behaviour and platform best practice

• Confident writing social-first copy and punchy captions

• Experience working in media, entertainment, digital publishing or creator-led environments is a plus!
