An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified social worker to join Safeguarding Team.
You will have demonstrable social work experience, the ability to work positively as part of a team and in partnership with other stakeholders.
Working within the legislative framework, you will carry out social work functions, undertaking Safeguarding Section 42 Enquiries, utilising relevant legislation to complete conversations and provide support and guidance, drawing on sound inter-personal and communication skills. You will carry a caseload and will require the ability to produce reports and the resilience to deliver under pressure within required timeframes.
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible candidates who demonstrate leadership abilities and are committed to work in a multidisciplinary setting.
The candidates should be qualified and registered with Social Work England and preferably be experienced in or able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for this area of work.
