Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Milton Keynes for a Social Worker - Safeguarding Adults. The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing and responding to the needs of vulnerable adults, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves liaising with families and other stakeholders to protect and support adults at risk.
Qualifications
- Assessment and Care Planning, Risk Assessment skills
- Knowledge of Safeguarding Adults policies and procedures
- Experience in multi-disciplinary team collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant experience in social work, preferably in adult safeguarding
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Registered with Social Work England
