You will be required to consider holistic assessments and reviews of a person’s needs, and this will involve seeking and encouraging the contribution of customers, carers and relatives, as well as others involved in their lives and in the provision of their care, including health professionals. We are looking for a Social Worker to join our team and work with us in an extremely flexible and supportive environment at ASYE, Level 2, or Level 3.

Travel is an essential part of this job and therefore it would be extremely difficult for you to do your job effectively if you did not use a car for all or most of the time. It is essential that you hold a full and valid driving licence, and it is expected that you will either use a council vehicle or your own car. Exceptions can be made for disabled applicants.
