The role
The Software Audit & Compliance Process Owner is responsible for overseeing and optimising Software Audit processes within SSE. The role involves collaboration with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) partners, SSE internal teams, and driving Continual Service Improvement (CSI) to achieve operational excellence and meet contractual performance standards.
You will
- Service Integration and Management (SIAM): Collaborate with SIAM partners and SSE teams to ensure best practice, streamlined process to deliver IT Targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced delivery partners to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels and contractual obligations.
- Continual Service Improvement (CSI): Drive CSI initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Operational Excellence: Strive for operational excellence by continuously improving Software and Compliance processes and capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual performance standards and manage relationships with external partners to achieve desired outcomes.
You have
- Experience in software asset management (ITAM) / Audit and compliance.
- Experience in designing and developing processes.
- Ability to visualise sustainable solutions to a set of complex business requirements.
- Wide ranging experience in working with disparate internal and external teams.
- Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
