As Software Development Manager, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. You’ll guide your team through complex projects, champion best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet the needs of the council and its residents.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to achieve excellence- .Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment
