A small, mission-led startup in London is looking for a Software Engineer to help reimagine how we build and use the internet.
With strong backing from top investors and 2 years of runway, this 5-person team is tackling interoperability, privacy, and decentralisation using zero-knowledge cryptography and local-first architecture.
As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Initially build in TypeScript but have the opportunity to shape the stack with tools like Rust
- Ship early products and iterate closely with real users
- Prototype new protocols and application patterns
- Contribute across the stack, from distributed systems to databse, and smart contracts to frontend
We're looking for a Software Engineer who:
- Learns fast, moves fast, and is deeply self-driven
- Has touched cryptographic systems, distributed architectures, or dev infra
- Brings full-stack instincts and enjoys jumping between tools and languages
This is a full-time, on-site role in Central London. Package includes a base salary up to £90k, equity and token upside.
