What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems and backend services

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or PHD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and databases
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and agile development
• Knowledge of secure software development and system hardening
• Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Recently completed or nearing completion of a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field
• Experience building backend systems, APIs, or cloud-native apps (academic or personal projects)
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or open-source contributions
• Strong academic performance and a passion for impactful technology
• Exposure to systems programming, cloud infrastructure, or performance engineering
• Interest in secure systems, embedded software, or defense-related technologies
