About The Business
The MarTech-Customer Insights Engineering (CIE) team is a dynamic team that manages several SaaS based solutions as part of the Marketing Technology stack for LNR Data Services. The purpose of the team is to help our business partners make well-informed, evidence-based decisions using web analytics, survey and tracking solutions. These solutions include Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Fullstory
About Our Team
As a Software Engineer I you will provide support to the team through platform configurations and system analysis. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of new features and integrations across our solutions, including our integration with our enterprise data lake. This role will expose you to the world of customer insights and research as you develop an understanding of web analytics and survey data.
About The Role
- Aid in the management and administration of Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Fullstory platforms.
- Resolve basic technical issues and complete simple bug fixes as needed.
- Under the guidance of senior-level engineers, successfully implement development processes, coding best practices and code reviews.
- Operate in an Agile development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Provide best practice guidance and support for our stakeholders
- Manage and monitor system interfaces on an ongoing basis, and create user stories and specifications for any changes / bug fixes required
- Develop a solid understanding of all tools manged by the CIE team.

Responsibilities
- A good foundation of hands-on work experience managing SAAS solutions
- Basic understanding of web development and application methodologies
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
- Basic knowledge data manipulation language.
- Basic knowledge data modelling principles.
- Basic knowledge of development languages including but not limited to: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, C/C++, .NET, etc.
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Basic oral and written communication skills.
- A quick learner, able to quickly assimilate information and apply new learning to novel challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area (Engineering/Computer Science preferred but not required).
