Software Engineer in Test

* Senior SDET - Hybrid (2 Days in the Office) - London Based - £90K to £100K ***

Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship, and you must have the valid right to work in the UK to be eligible and will be expected to commute into the London office twice a week.

La Fosse is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to find a Senior SDET with deep expertise in C#.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing robust automation frameworks in a .NET environment.

You’ll be instrumental in driving quality across the engineering function, with the opportunity to establish scalable QA practices and help grow a small team over time.

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience in software quality engineering, with a strong background in test automation and quality strategy.
• Deep proficiency in C#, including the development of automation frameworks and tests using C#-based tools and libraries.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, along with experience in CI/CD environments using tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus, and GitHub.
• Practical experience with modern automation frameworks, especially Playwright, and integration of automation within React Native mobile applications.
• Exposure to mobile testing tools such as Appium, XCUITest, or BrowserStack is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation: This role offers £90K to £100K bonus
