Lead SDET - £90,000 to £100,000 - London (Hybrid 2 days in the office) - C# experience

La Fosse has partnered with a London based financial services client to find a skilled SDET to lead a strategic transformation in quality engineering.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Lead SDET to join a forward-thinking financial services company as they redefine their test automation strategy and modernise their approach to quality engineering. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of automation initiatives, influence best practices, and drive innovation across the engineering function.
✅ Required Experience:
- Strong test automation expertise with C#
- Hands-on experience in testing RESTful web services
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
- Mobile application experience (automated testing experience with reactive native or native)
⭐ Nice to Have:
- Test automation experience with Python
- React native mobile automation experience
