Software Engineer - Multiple Levels

💰 £80,000–£120,000 + benefits & equity (higher for outstanding candidates)

Our stack is deliberately simple yet incredibly powerful, processing billions of events every week while enabling us to ship daily.

You will work with the familiar (AWS, IaC, CI/CD) as well as some less conventional but highly effective tools.

What you will bring:

• A strong commitment to quality. You care about the details but also know when to prioritise pace over perfection.
• Product focussed
• Hands-on experience shipping software at scale or in environments where reliability matters.
• Ideally, time spent at a product-driven company and/or with one of the major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A collaborative mindset. Comfortable working directly with founders, the engineering team, customers, and prospects to shape a product people love.
• Full-stack versatility: primarily C# on .NET Core 9, plus Terraform for infrastructure and HTMX on the frontend.
• An appreciation for pragmatic engineering practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and architectures that are simple, scalable, and robust... the kind you’d expect from technical founders who’ve done this before.
