About the Role:

The Software Engineering Manager will play a key leadership role within the Engineering function, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering. This position is responsible for leading multiple agile engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals

The role focuses on team development, resource planning, and driving technical excellence across the engineering function. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of working closely with Product Management, Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap while instilling best practices in engineering, documentation, and operational suppor
