Role: Development Manager (Umbraco Specialist)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK-based)
My client, a growing digital transformation company, is hiring a hands-on Development Manager with deep Umbraco expertise to lead their development team.
This is a blend of technical leadership and hands-on coding — ideal for someone who enjoys architecting solutions while mentoring others.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years working with Umbraco CMS (v8–v13)
- Strong .NET / C# development with MVC and .NET Core
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Razor views
- Experience leading a team of developers and mentoring junior engineers
- Familiarity with SQL Server, REST APIs, and integrations
- Confident with Git, CI/CD workflows, and deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have:
- Azure hosting and DevOps experience
- Agency background or Umbraco Certification
- Experience with Agile delivery (Jira, Azure DevOps)
