Stage 1 - Discussion with our Hiring Manager (30 mins):
A chance to talk with our Hiring Manager in more detail about the role, our vision, our tech stack and some of the problems we solve every day. Stage 2 - Technical (70 mins):
For the technical part, we'd like you to sit down with some of your potential peers to work through a system design problem. We'll be looking together at exploring a realistic engineering scenario - identify key issues, discuss trade-offs, and design a robust, scalable solution.
Stage 3 - Leadership & Cultural fit (70 mins):
In our Leadership & Cultural Fit section, in this live, interactive session, you'll step into the role of an Engineering Manager overseeing a legacy Java system. You'll assess the current technical and team setup, identify areas for improvement, and discuss how you'd lead through the challenges - focusing on technical direction, team leadership, and stakeholder communication. No prep or slides needed; this is about real-time thinking and discussion.
