Business Overview:
We specialise in
electronic document management (EDM) – providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably.
Role Purpose:
Deliver, manage, support, and train on EDM and related software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure EDM software to time, budget, and quality
- Manage projects and client communications
- Provide user training and documentation
- Deliver ongoing software/database support within SLAs
- Assist pre-sales with solution design and proposals
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and support
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years delivering software solutions & support
- Strong database (T-SQL) & IIS configuration experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
- Experience with EDM solutions
- PRINCE2 or similar project management certification
- Commercial awareness and vendor coordination
