WE ARE HIRING – SOLAR PV INSTALLERS

Locations: Various sites across the UK

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Projects

VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Role: Solar PV Installer

Join our growing renewable energy team and help power the UK with clean solar energy. We are looking for skilled and dedicated Solar PV Installers to work on residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.

Who Can Apply:

📌 Candidates already in the UK on PSW Visa
📌 International candidates eligible for Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship
(We are a Home Office-registered sponsor)

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems
Cabling, DC/AC connections, inverter installation
Mounting and racking solar panels
On-site maintenance and troubleshooting
Comply with UK Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on solar installation experience
Basic electrical knowledge
Comfortable working at height and with tools
CSCS/ECS card preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills

Bonus (But Not Mandatory):

City & Guilds 18th Edition / 2391
Driving license (UK or international)
Experience with BESS or EV charging stations
