Solicitor Advocate / Barrister / CILEX Advocate

Quest Legal Advocates is growing — and fast. We are a nationwide advocacy provider working predominantly in the RTA/PI market but also in Housing and Property disputes and Debt Recovery litigation. As we continue to expand our team, we're looking for qualified Solicitor Advocates, Barristers, or CILEX Advocates with practice rights to join our busy and forward-thinking legal advocacy practice.

🔍 About the Role

You’ll attend and represent clients in a broad range of hearings, including:

• Fast-track trials
• MOJ Stage 3 hearings
• RTA and personal injury claims
• Plus, occasional hearings in property disputes, financial mis-selling, and contract litigation.

You will also be involved in drafting pleadings, skeleton arguments, and written advice as well as mentoring our County Court Advocate team and assisting with team development.

What we are looking for

Applicants must be qualified either as a barrister, solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with practice rights.

We are ideally looking for applicants with a foundation in RTA/PI litigation and experience of advocacy.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and excellent written ability.
