Solicitor Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for one individual to join Kingsley Napley under a Solicitor Apprenticeship. Their employment will commence in January 2026, and would allow the chosen individual to begin their legal career, gaining practical experience and earning a salary, whilst also giving them time to study and learn on the job, alongside some of the top lawyers in the country.

The programme is a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship and, after progressing through and completing the 6-year course, the individual will become a qualified Solicitor. This will require them working 4 days per week in our Central London office, with 1 day dedicated towards studying for legal qualifications. Kingsley Napley will cover the costs of the training and tuition towards these. The starting salary will be £24,000 per annum, and will increase with each year of completion. You will also receive an annual allowance of £3,000 to support you with the cost of accommodation.

We are looking for candidates over the age of 18 who have completed at least 3 A-Levels (Grade C or above) and at least 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent of these, and have an interest in the legal sector. No work experience is required, however there are certain attributes we are looking for, which will be tested throughout the recruitment process.
