About the Company
We are seeking experienced Financial Mis-Selling Solicitors to join our new litigation team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling financial mis-selling claims, including PCP, investment mis-selling, pension transfer claims, PPI, omnibus claims or other complex financial product disputes. You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior team members, and play an integral role in developing the department.
About the Role
The role involves managing a varied caseload of complex financial mis-selling claims from pre-action through to resolution, including settlement or trial. The successful candidate will provide clear, strategic legal advice, draft and review key court documents, and liaise effectively with clients, financial institutions, experts, and counsel. They will also negotiate settlements, attend hearings where required, stay up to date with FCA regulations and relevant case law, and play a key role in supervising junior team members while supporting the development and growth of the litigation department.
