What We’re Looking For
Experience: NQ-3 years PQE. Previous experience handling commercial property matters is essential. Exposure to property development or investment transactions is highly desirable.
Legal Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A commercial, solutions-led mindset is key.
Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness.
Motivation: A team player who is confident taking on responsibility, with the drive to contribute to team success.
Organisation: High level of attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload with competing deadlines.
