Are you a qualified Solicitor working in residential housebuilder development, looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? If so, please read on as we might have the ideal role for you. We're looking for a Solicitor with 1 to 5 years post qualifying experience to join the established residential development team in our Leeds office, to work closely with the Partners to develop and expand our offering to developers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful team, working alongside a team of "outstanding" lawyers, advising residential developers on land acquisitions, site assembly, disposals and related issues as well as working with our colleagues handling planning, construction, development funding and estate management. You'll work with some of the firm's key clients, comprising household names and also be involved in some of the region’s high profile and significant residential led developments. You'll be adept at working to challenging timescales with the ability to plan and organise effectively whilst maintaining exceptional client service through strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
