Solution Architect/Lead – Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform

📍 London, UK | Contract / Permanent (as applicable)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform transformation programme. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role involving enterprise integrations, data migration, and stakeholder leadership across multiple workstreams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, and integrated systems
Design enterprise-grade integrations (real-time & batch) across CRM, ERP, portals, and payment systems
Define security architecture, governance, and non-functional requirements
Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, and architecture documentation
Provide technical leadership across parallel workstreams and engage senior stakeholders

🔹 Must-Have Experience

10–12+ years in enterprise software delivery
8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Business Central

6+ years in a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect role

Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migrations

Solid knowledge of Azure, Dataverse security, and enterprise architecture patterns

🔹 Nice to Have

Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio
Payment gateway integrations (SumUp / Stripe / Square)
Microsoft certifications (Solutions Architect / Azure)
Charity or non-profit sector experience
