- Evangelising best practices and thought leadership in financial transformation — both internally and externally.
- A passion for problem-solving at the intersection of finance and technology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a talent for making complex ideas clear and persuasive.
- The ability to listen deeply, understand client pain, and respond with impactful solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable owning your pipeline, your demo strategy, and your impact.
- A strong grasp of value-based selling and storytelling, not just showing features and functions.
- Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or finance transformation role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of FP&A processes: forecasting, budgeting, modelling, scenario planning.
- Background with EPM, CPM, ERP, BI, or related enterprise planning tools.
- Affinity for financial planning, modelling, and analysis.
