Freelance HR Domain Business & Solution Architect | DAYFORCE

We’re supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced HR Domain Business & Solution Architect to help lead the design and delivery of a modular HR platform, replacing legacy systems and integrating with enterprise architecture.

This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity on an initial 7+ month contract, working closely with internal stakeholders, HR business sponsors, and third-party platform providers.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR platform implementation and integration (Dayforce/Ceridian)
• Strong understanding of HR architecture, business capabilities modelling, and modular system design
• Expertise in translating business requirements into scalable, future-ready architecture solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), data governance, and cloud-based HR platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for a modular HR ecosystem
• Ensure alignment between HR business objectives and IT capabilities
• Oversee integration and data migration from legacy systems
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions

Contract Details:

• 7+ month freelance contract
• 100% remote
• Immediate start available
