Solutions Architect AGP

Multiple locations: US, UK, Germany

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and technology strategy. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions

Responsibilitie

s:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them in to technical solution
s.Design high-level architecture blueprints and detailed solution design
s.Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tool
s.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security policie
s.Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development and infrastructure team
s.Support project delivery through architecture governance, design reviews, and risk assessment
s.Document architecture decisions, patterns, and standard
s.Identify implementation risks and potential impac
tsEnable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutio
nsStay current with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organisatio

n.
Required Experien

ce:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fie
ld.5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership rol
es.Proven experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions across enterprise environmen
ts.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-drive
n).Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirab
le.Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CR
M).Experience with enterprise architecture modelling tools and repositories - LeanIX knowledge will be an advant
