Solutions Architect

Up to £120,000 + Bonus & Generous benefits package

London/Hybrid Based (2/3 days onsite)

We are working with a global leader in the hospitality, retail and leisure industry entering an exciting journey to transform their entire digital/data landscape while setting new benchmarks in guest experience along the way.

As a Solutions Architect, you will drive the transformation of the companies digital and data capabilities, enhancing their global operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based architectures that support the agile development goals and ambitious technology roadmap.

This role really needs someone that has a deep understanding of customer centric technology, from food and beverage tech to inventory management systems. Every bit of tech that will make up a guests journey. It’s ideal for someone who is not only technically skilled but also bold enough to question how things are done and innovative enough to find better ways forward all while bringing collaboration to align with the company’s shining light goal of enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities of Solution Architect:

Architecture Design: Develop scalable, secure microservices architectures to modernize enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership: Guide teams in adopting best practices for microservices, such as domain-driven design and API-first development.
Performance and Security Optimization: Enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior technology leadership, product management, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business needs.
