We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (ServiceNow) to join our team and lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow-based digital solutions

The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (TPSM, FSM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, App Engine, experience portal) with a strong integration background across enterprise platforms, third-party suppliers, and customer-facing solution

What you’l

l do
Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in large, complex enterprise environm
ents.In-depth understanding of key ServiceNow modules: TPSM, FSM, ITSM, CSM, App Engine,
HRSD.Define and govern integrations across ServiceNow modules and external systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, supplier/customer platfo
rms).Establish and promote reusable integration patterns and standards, leveraging tools such as IntegrationHub, APIs, and middle
ware.Align portal design with user personas, customer journeys, and accessibility best pract
ices.Guide cross-functional teams across design, development, and deployment, ensuring architectural coher
ence.Create architecture artefacts including data flows, sequence diagrams, and component models to support stakeholder align
ment.Advise on security and identity integration (e.g., SSO, SAML, OAuth) within the portal and across connected sys
tems.Contribute to governance forums, design reviews, and solution assurance proce

sses.

ecture.Integration with intelligent locker solutions (e.g., for field service, click-and-collect, returns, or logistics scen
arios).Experience with SAP integration, Salesforce, or third-party field service and logistics pla
tforms.Familiarity with domain separation and multi-tenant ServiceNow enviro
nments.ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist in key mo
dules).Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and Agile/DevOps pra

ctices.
