Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Remote United Kingdom
Contract: Full Time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
Responsible for leading the strategic definition, design, and assurance of bestfit document production solutions for new and existing customers. The role owns the end to end solution lifecycle, from early opportunity shaping and value proposition definition through to implementation handover, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, operational capability, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals.
The Solutions Manager – Document Production works in close collaboration with Sales teams to identify, shape, and solution opportunities for prospective and existing customers. Acting as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, the role supports opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and customer engagement. The role influences outcomes through expertise, insight, and collaboration rather than direct people management accountability
Designs document production solutions for new and existing customers, including the introduction, expansion, or optimisation of document production services, by leveraging the full range of document services capabilities and working in partnership with Sales.
Key responsibilities
Personal attributes
· Strong operational understanding of document production workflows, controls, and service delivery models.
· Proven ability to operate in a strategic context and translate customer objectives into executable solutions.
· Financially and commercially astute, with experience assessing requirements and recommending pricing and commercial structures.
· Working knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and LOIs with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external legal and commercial stakeholders.
· Strong client facing communication skills, with the ability to lead senior and executive level discussions.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across matrix and virtual environments without direct authority.
· Ability to influence outcomes at senior and executive levels through insight and subject tmatter expertise.
· Detail oriented, proactive, and customer focused problem solver.
· Appropriate level of technical knowledge in document production platforms, workflows, and technologies to support solution design.
Skills and Certifications
· Project Management certification preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
