Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site Sommelier role located in London at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. The Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, food & beverage knowledge, and effective communication with guests. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to curating wine lists, recommending pairings, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Wine Pairing and Sommelier skills
- Experience in Wine Sales and Food & Beverage knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Certifications or training in wine studies or sommelier certification is a plus
- Experience working in high-end dining establishments
